PWRHouse Team
Angela A. Cox, PWRHouse Team — brokered by Real Broker, LLC.
A home is rarely just a transaction. It is where a family gathers itself, where a season of life opens or closes. We practice real estate accordingly — unhurried where care is needed, precise where precision protects you, and present from the first conversation to well past the closing table.
We serve Middle Tennessee as our home market, and Florida for clients whose lives and moves reach south.

Buyer Representation
Patient search, clear-eyed counsel on value and condition, and negotiation that protects your interests without theatrics. You will always know where things stand and why.
Seller Representation
Thoughtful preparation, honest pricing counsel, and a calm, well-managed process from listing through close — so your home is presented at its best and your time is respected.
Relocation
For families moving into Middle Tennessee, out of it, or between Tennessee and Florida. We coordinate the details on both ends so a long-distance move feels close at hand.
Angela A. Cox
Angela leads the PWRHouse Team in her fourth year of Tennessee practice, with a secondary license in Florida. She came to real estate after a 31-year professional career — including 16 years in business-to-business sales — and holds a BBA and an MS in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. The result is an agent who reads a settlement statement the way an accountant does and carries a negotiation the way a career salesperson does, in service of one household at a time.
She is also the founder of The Power of Won, the family enterprise this practice belongs to.
For agents who see this work as a craft
The PWRHouse Team is built the old way: apprenticeship, not onboarding. Newer agents work beside experienced ones on real files — learning how a contract is actually read, how a difficult negotiation is actually carried, how a client is actually cared for when the process gets hard. We believe skill is transferred at close range, and that the standard of care a client receives should never depend on which of us answers the phone.
If you want to be developed — not just recruited — we would like to meet you.
